Lively and immaculately clean hotel with incredibly friendly and amicable staff on reception desk and concierge. Reasonably priced and delicious breakfast with great food.

The rooms are well decorated and well-appointed and have delightful view of town. The hotel provides a good service.

Everything at this brand-new hotel was awesome as we expected. The room was neat with a solid bar, an exceptional view and fridge, liked our time there. The in-house restaurant had outstanding food and fantastic service. Our stay was great, recommend this property to everyone.

The staff were caring and knowledgeable and the facilities provided were great. The service was outstanding, including a quick check-in. The pool was nice. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, close to the galleria!

I was there for 4 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. The location was ideal for me as it was near restaurants, clubs, & downtown.

Its location was absolutely perfect, really close to different restaurants and stores. Went to Hopdoddy Burger Bar for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. There were a storage space and a writing desk in the room, liked that.

The service is outstanding, includes free parking. The rooms are nicely decorated and include coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. The staff are caring and top-class and really care about the guests. The hotel has excellent and unbeatable location in the galleria area.

In general, I truly enjoyed my good sized and well-designed room in like-new condition. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect for getting around, as expressway was right by the hotel. Furthermore, the area was well kept.

Beautiful hotel with consistently courteous stuff with such excellant service from an employee, everything was well-maintained. Central location right across the street from the Galleria Mall, free and delicious breakfast. Also - just off all the nice restaurants and cool night spots, Lakewood Church, and airport pick up of guest.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets were luxurious. The room had a musty smell and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We also encountered some issues with the room changes and were not satisfied with the resolution. Despite these setbacks, the location was convenient and the hotel had a nice aesthetic. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable beds and convenient location, but be prepared for some service and maintenance issues.
